The Bastau Almaty production company under the SMART – Window and Door Systems brand does not just produce PVC profiles — we create high-quality and durable solutions for window and door systems and create new standards in the window industry.
We carefully control every stage of production, using unique formulations and modern technologies to ensure that our profiles last for many years. The weld strength is 60% higher than GOST, and the service life of our systems is 50+ years. Enhanced UV protection makes the structures reliable even in the most difficult climatic conditions of Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
We are proud that Smart profile systems have been successfully tested not only in Kazakhstan, but also in the largest industry laboratories.:

Lamination
Bastau Almaty LLP has updated the technical park of the lamination workshop in 2023.To date, we offer the widest selection of laminating films in terms of color and texture solutions in the markets of Kazakhstan and the CIS.
Engineering expertise
We carefully analyze projects and propose optimal technical solutions based on calculations of static and thermal engineering. All calculations are provided to the project team in electronic and printed form. If necessary, the technical department can be included in the correspondence for operational interaction.
