Test results of Smart window profile systems at MGSU
In October 2024, laboratory tests of the strength of the corner joints of polyvinyl chloride window profiles of the Smart Pro and Smart Thermo systems were conducted at the National Research Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MGSU). The tests were carried out under an agreement with the Bastau Almaty company and included checking the destructive load on the welded corners of the frames and profile flaps.
Main results:
- The Smart Pro system showed the strength of the angular joints at the level of 3532 N for frame profiles and 3320 N for flaps.
- The Smart Thermo system demonstrated even higher values — 4122 N for frames and 4830 N for flaps.
- The tests were carried out in accordance with GOST 30673-2013, ensuring the objectivity and accuracy of the results. The high strength of Smart systems confirms their reliability and durability in operation, making them an excellent choice for modern construction projects.
